Pleasant staff . Owner in middle of refurbishing very clean room and hallways. Secure parking, which was essential for us.

Good location, the place is close to the rail station. Very well cleaned, the room seem newly refurbished and offer TV, air con, hairdryer and comfortable beds with extra blankets and pillows in the cupboard. In the bedroom there is a little balcony facing the park. The accommodation is quiet. Excellent value on price / quality.

Location is great, only a few minutes to the Venice Mestre train station, so you can go to Venice by bus or train easily. Staff is very decent and helpful. Bed is very comfortable and the room is clean. A nice park is just in front of the hotel.

Room was nice and clean. Shower was very good. We initially booked a room for 3 and were kindly upgraded to a room with 2 double beds. Also allowed us to check in early as we arrived before the check in time and the room was ready. I had reserved parking beforehand so was able to park in their private car park but there was a lot of on street parking available in the area. Only a 3 minute walk to the bus to get into Venice.

Very nice staff. Accommodating and helpful. Parking space reservation possible. Bidet in the toilet. Balcony was great. Halal food shops around. Close to mestre station 3 min walk.

The room was really pretty and clean. It was so comfortable that I wanted to stay much longer. Also the stuff was really kind. I was impressed by their service. We arrived at the hotel in the morning but they welcomed as. The location is also nice. Only 2 minutes walk from the nearest big station and takes only 20 minutes to go to the airport by bus.

The room was clean. Really friendly staff, they gave us free water and they let us deposit our luggages as long as we needed (no extra charge). Great quality-price ratio.

It was really perfect. Nice location (very close to Mestre train station), very clean, good Wi-Fi and the stuff was so kind and helpful. Extra bonus: our room was ready before the check-in time. Highly recommend!!!
